Due to our size we can be Agile; all our services are tailored to your needs rather than you being told what you can have. We can do as little as help you draft your initial Buisness Case and PID, or as much as fully setting up, planning and running a significant business change, development or implementation project.
Who are we NOT ?
We are not a "consultancy" company; we do not buy-in unknown staff to fulfil sales needs once business is won, we will only supply a Project Manager who works for us permanently and is on our payroll.
We are not a recruiting agency in disguise; we are a proper Project Management organisation that understands the industry we work in, we are not interested in placing lots of unknown staff with you or sending you c.v.'s.
Where are we ?
We are based in Herefordshire in the Midlands with easy access to The M5, M4 Corridor, M40, Birmingham, Bristol and South Wales. We tend to take on work in the Midlands, South and South West however we are happy working UK-wide for specific assignments, seminars and workshops.
