Kick Off Preparation
We will work with you to define the project goals and deliverables, identify the team members, detail project assumptions, develop the preliminary plan, and define the critical sucess factors.
Documentation pack review
We can audit project preparatory work and identify the key issues and project dependencies. We will use our industry knowledge to fill any gaps, suggest alternate approaches, and ratify the preliminary plan using our own experience and industry best practice.
Kick-off Meeting
We know that a positive and succesful meeting can lead to a positive and succesful project. After reviewing the documentation pack we will chair and run an effective and productive meeting enabling stakeholder buy-in and the project to start with the "right foot forwards". Your own project management staff will then be empowered to take over.
