Arcadian can supply you with a highly experienced, motivated and qualified Project Manager (PRINCE2 Practitioner) to take your project from the initial requirements capture and development of the business case, right through to development, testing, quality assurance, handover and signoff.
We have a proven Project Mangement provision to Blue Chip companies in the Defence, Financial Services, Aerospace, and Managed Services sectors. We have direct experience of a range of current technologies including:
Unix (Solaris and HPUX) with Apache
Windows 2003 Server & IIS
Oracle (Database 9i & 10g, Apps and ApEx)
SQL Server (7, 2000 and 2005)
PLSQL, PERL, TCL, HTML, VB and C#.net.
We work with both Structured and Agile methods as appropriate and usually combine elements of Prince2, RAD and FDD to successfully deliver Application development projects. Equally we are happy working wthin your own management framework and in the past have used organisations own Methodologies such as Custom Development Method (CDM) when working with Oracle.
Because we actually understand what "full lifecycle" means, our Project Managers also have significant Business Analysis skills so can engage properly with the initial business process phases; so not only do our Project Managers proactively work within your organisation to manage your project but can contribute significantly to the pre-project work as well.
