We run a range of workshops and seminars focussing on the tricks, techniques and pitfalls of project management in the current industry climate.
All seminars or workshops will be delivered by a relevantly qualified professional (eg Prince2 Practitioner) with years of relevant project management experience, not just a "speaker" with a set of slides, whilst we can tailor our offerings to suit your requirements, some standard offerings are:
Modern Project Management
An overview seminar of the Project Managment process, enabling strategic managers, stakeholders, and business process owners to see their place within the project management lifecycle. Specifically designed for a broad business audience, this seminar can be a useful starting block for implementing standard practices into an organisation. The content also includes relevant references to Service Managment (ITIL) and the risk management framework.
Prince2 Review Workshop
We have specific workshops to enable the implementation of Prince2 into your workplace, presenting the methodology in the context of the workplace and discussing the adaptive approach to using the method. We outline the whole methodology and give advice on tailoring it to suit your needs rather than trying to use the whole method in every project, Price2 can be lightweight whilst also being rigorous, auditable and effective.
Planning Workshop
We will take small groups through the key stages of planning project deliverables, from identifying and categorising products and workstreams, to drawing up Product Breakdown Structires, Product Flow diagrams, Stage Plans and an overarching Project Plan. This workshop is delivered in line with the practices of the Prince2 methodology.
